When Will My Order Arrive? 
Already placed an order? You can visit Your Account to find out when it will be delivered. To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:

Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, many items on our site show 24-hour availability. If you select Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 4 to 8 days after you place your order.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities? 
You should use the longest availability time in your order. That's because, unless you choose "Ship as items become available" on our order form, multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.)

Does choosing Next Day Air mean my order will arrive tomorrow? 
Not usually. Remember to add in the availability time of your items. If you order three 24-hour items and select Next Day Air shipping, the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second or Next Day Air.
